Distance reiki sessions are just as powerful as they are in person. Why? Life force energy knows no time and space. We dont have to be on zoom or on a call as this is quiet energy work and for you it is time to relax on your bed or sofa, not looking at a screen. 1. We agree on time and date. You send me a picture of you to help me visualize. ( Unless we know each other) 2. I will text you 10 minutes prior to check in with you. then you set your alarm for 30 mins so you dont have to worry about time or in case you fall asleep (which usually happens). 3. You dont have to do anything, just be open to receive and let the life force energy do its thing. 4. After 30 mins I text you again to check in with you.

Reiki is not about the amount of time, it`s about the quality of the reiki channel. In my experience, 30 minutes is plenty as I put in my all.
